GOVERNANCE
Equality
We are committed to promoting equality in boxing, and where it is possible to do so, eliminating unfair discrimination, including but not limited to sex, gender, race, disability, age, religious or political belief, sexual orientation, social background, ethnic origin, language, marital or civil partnership status.
Diversity
We believe in fairness and equity and values diversity in all its dealings. As we aim to embed its equality and diversity values into every day practice, policies and procedures. That drives these beliefs from the top by the board and senior management team and embedded with all staff, volunteers and athletes.
A diverse organisation will value and benefit from differences in sport skills, regional and industry experience, background, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, belief and age, as well as culture and personality.
